The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck

According to the survey of 2015. In India 1 of every 5 people is suffering from depression which is around 2 million in number and this is because we give a lot of f@#k to everyone and everything.
People care about every minor thing which is not even that important,

If someone opens Instagram or Facebook he/she see people more successful, rich, bodybuilder and good looking than him/her and this make feel him inferior to everyone. And all this will cause depression and anxiety.

This is why the author says that we should not give a F@#k

I am gonna share book summery of a brilliant book and share a few points from this book which will let you know why you should not give a F@#k and how can you do it

THE SUBTAL ART OF NOT GIVING A F*CK

1. Theory of backward:-

This theory says that things happen opposite with us.

let me share some examples with you
1. The more you will try to be happy, the more you will get to know that how much sad you are,

2. The more you give pain to your body, the more you will get stronger and vice versa.

3. The much difficult truth you say, that much trust you gain.

4. The much you open about your fear and insecurity, that much confident you become.

Successful people never focus on the money they focus on product and they earned more money than those who focuse on money.

2. Powers of purpose:-

I have seen many people doing rubbish things like a fight on social media for no reason.

They do it because they don't have any purpose in their life, Have you ever seen Bill Gates doing this because successful people don't waste their time and energy on doing those rubbish things which have not any purpose. They do everything for the specific purpose which let them gain something.

So now you have to decide what you choose whether you can fight like those rubbish people or you can do things with purpose and meaning which will help you in getting success.

3. Problems are not problems:-

Some people think that how good day life would be if the problem doesn't exist in their life, we can't be happy if we don't have any problem.

You must have heard about Lord Buddha his father tried to give him the most luxury life ever in which he has not to face any problem in his life, what happened after that you know very well.

So our life is nothing without problems, problems are an integrated part of our life because everyone has any kind of problem in their life.

Rich people have the problem of being rich and poor have the problem of lack of money.

The author tells that in starting he thinks that what if so don't feel pain. It seems logical in starting but it's not right because if we don't feel pain then we can't get to know that there is something wrong with us.

Eg. If I put my hand in the fire the pain is only things which will let me know that there is something wrong otherwise I will be injured for the very long time.

This book is really a good book and you must read this because if you give a lot of f@#k to everyone then it will be impossible for you to get success in your life.
